Program Structure

Program by Interest	Undergrad	Alumni

How it Works

1. Apply: Login and update your profile to indicate your interest for the program.

2. Matching Process:

• Mentors are matched with mentees based on career experience and shared interests.

• Priority goes to matches with the most aligned interests and experience.

• Mentors choose the mentees they’d like to work with; not all applicants are guaranteed a match.

3. Program Details:

• Duration: Formal mentorship lasts 3 months, with the option to continue informally afterward.

• Mentee Driven: Mentees take the lead on setting goals, meeting frequency, and communication.

• SMART Goals: Establish clear, achievable objectives to ensure a successful mentorship experience.
